Mr. Jones’ practice is concentrated in commercial transactions, real estate contracts, corporate formation, leases, estate planning, probate, commercial and residential loan workouts.   

Education

Mr. Jones attended Arizona State University and earned his undergraduate in political science with a minor in Spanish in 1990.  He attended law school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington and graduated in 1995.

Mr. Jones has been a real estate broker for over 25 years.

Gordon Bueler

Practice Area

 

Mr. Bueler’s practice is concentrated in civil trial practice in Arizona Superior Court and Federal District Court with an emphasis on commercial litigation.  Mr. Bueler handles personal injury cases and probate disputes.  A large part of Mr. Bueler’s practice is before Arizona administrative boards and the Office of Administrative Hearings.  Mr. Bueler is formerly the chief trial counsel for the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners. 

Education

Mr. Bueler attended Chandler High School.  He obtained an undergraduate degree in history, magna cum laude, in 1986.  He attended law school at the University of Arizona and graduated with a jurisdoctorate degree, with honors, in 1987.  He has practiced law in Arizona since that time.

Other Professional Experience

Mr. Bueler has argued before the Arizona Court of appeals and four times before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.  He argued and won the case of Hook v. State of Arizona, 83 F.3d 1177, which permanently changed a previous court mandate that the State prison system accept home-made goods sent to inmates.  This saved the State hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost of administration.
